I was able to snag 2 gently used "patent pending" Volts the other day. Feel like I need 3 more for backup to keep this mold in the bag.

The old flat Volts are perfect for my flat release and power. Anyone with a neutron hit me up

Good to hear as a second Wave might be the last piece of the puzzle. A peachy CN hooked up and barreled into the jungle about a month ago. I did snag a Fission Wave from the Pro Shop recently but could stand another. My conversion’s nearly complete. Philosophically neutral on the overmold but they’re *so* comfortably flat and low profile. It just feels righter than most.

Sorry, pure speculation on my part. Wave is the only gyro driver that I bag, I actually prefer it in proton in the upper 160's.

I had ordered a couple CN insanities that turned out to be board flat beefcakes, and since got my hands on a couple of plasma insanities. Side by side the entire nose of the plasma fits underneath the nose of the CN, the PLH difference is that big.

For those of you who throw the insanity, much difference in stability between proton and plasma?

The bit of gyro I’ve dabbled with so far has me preferring neutron and plasma to proton. If there’s a difference in stability to make it worthwhile to try both I’m not opposed to it.

Pretty sure the Hex has a wider rim than the Mako3.

I think ideal comparison would be mvp overmold vs streamline nonovermold variant. For example Ohm vs Pilot.

Wondering if anything more has been said about the Cypher or Rhythm?
I see from the early prototypes update they are like speed 6 or 7.
I wondering if they will be using the core used for the 16.5 fairways and if these will be overstable or understable compared to the Crave

Any info on when mvp/axiom will be producing more discs? I can't find any of the molds I like in person or online.

Are you throwing less popular molds? I’ve seen most of the popular ones in stock on several websites.

Proton seems to be the only MVP plastic I can throw in the driver-line so that's not surprising. I like to throw flat and I can throw quick but I don't have a high spin rate. All the Neutron's i've carried (that weren't straight up meat molds) had a tendency to turnover when my spin died out - the Proton holds the line and fades correctly. At 40, I don't have high expectations I'll ever increase my "spin" rate.
