I just gotta say, my c-FD is my jam right now. Love the feel of it, very comfortable, very controllable disc. If (when if the winky smile above means what I think it does) these come out in p line, it might just replace the bulk of my drivers, all but the most overstable.

Between PD for forehand, FD for backhand, and my maniacs, I'm throwing discmania a lot more often. Keep it up!

This might open a new aspect of my game. A few years ago I embraced the "disc up" option, as I'm not a total power player, (use fan grip almost exclusively and pride myself on wooded courses hitting lines)

For what it's worth, I carry only one mid in my bag. Literally just a single Truth. Otherwise I'm powering up on a putter, or powering down on a fairway.

Can confirm. Aced Acorn hole 11 200ft blind dogleg right with FD2 last tuesday league :)

Only played the old layout twice and would have never considered playing there but the new layout with the new rose baskets is actually really nice, and would be down to play rounds there, depending on player traffic. Really nice upgrade.

That's my signature on that blue CFD2 ;)

This might take a while to get used to the idea - before I learned the beauty of Midrange Drivers, I was just a frolf punk throwing drivers off the tee on a 185' hole. It's a culture shock to think of going back to drivers off the short tees.

Oh, the definition of a frolf punk is a one disc wonder, usually an IDye Wraith used for every shot including tomahawks on said 185' open shot, with a turbo putt to finish it off

It is great to see a company rep on here and active in replying to responses.

I normally do not spend too much time in this thread because as of a week ago I did not have any Discmania in my bag. However, I have rediscovered the C-Line FD and immediately put several in. However to that however, I am having trouble finding the exact color and weight I want. I have two big bags, a Lat Luxury and a Grip A14. I use the Grip for everyday rounds and league play, but when it is time for the bigger rounds and tournaments, I break out the Luxury. I have always thrown a mixed bag but in my Luxury I want them to fit in with my color scheme; all white and only if that is not an option it needs to be "water" blue. I want C-Line FDs, preferably 172ish.

I will ask more directly in the marketplace, but I am putting it out here in hopes of hearing that what I am looking for actually exists.

I believe, and have been told, that this is a 5th run. The camera did not do the color justice, so if I cannot find white, this is close to the secondary color I am looking for. I am hoping to find these FDs in white because I have not heard of Champion Thunderbirds being made in white (not throwing glow) and they sit next to the FDs in the bag.

I have a question, and i'm sorry if this was already answered. I recently found an old First Run s-line DD at my local play it again. Disc flies amazing but i noticed on the back of it the markings say *AW and i was wondering what that stood for and if the disc is valuable and shouldn't be thrown. I think regardless i'm going to throw it because it throws amazing. Just wondering about the markings. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

I believe that is Anhyzer(top) Wraith? I'm not sure of value; probably not something crazy.

looking for clarification ... again..

are all current production CPD2s made with blizzard tech?

every single CPD2 (cfr, stock stamp, etc.) in my stash have bubbles in the rim, is this from a specific run?

It stands for "anhyzer wraith". Its discmania's signature "anhyzer" top on a wraith rim, which is a DD. My understanding is that the first run was planned to be sold by innova, but Dave decided to sell the rights to Discmania, and the disc then became the DD.

I don't know about value, but I know that hardcore DD guys LOVE AW's.
