Some people love to be a contrarian, even if they don’t realize it. The guy is starting at a level the sport has never seen: elite level ultimate player, training and support by current elite disc golfers, sponsorship by an elite disc golf manufacturer, no time or money restrictions that would deter his training and the support of literally millions of people. All signs point to him becoming an absolute monster of the sport. Any issues he currently has, he will get them figured out.

It's a nice piece of equipment that is great for people whom live in the office. I just think of how much raw iron I could buy for $3k |

Gawd, I hope this is sarcasm. Otherwise, it's just dumb. |

Ahh, I haven't and won't see either.

Besides, I'm not saying he'll be a clutch putter. I just think he's got the background to become a competent putter rather quickly. Quote:

I started in Mid 2003 when Innova had 3 brands the original Trilogy and Discracft/DGA was still a new partnership. There was as well as Lighting, Gateway, and Wham-O making the better discs at the time. Yes Instep had just released its older brand of discs not the ESP set they sell now but still with only 3 discs but they were not a top brand (now even less power), not even at the Lighting or Wham-O second level of discs. |
request for brodie to do an ama here

If the mold were to be fixed by having a better plastic, then the Putt'r would be used as a longer putter for me as the more neutral to slight US approach disc. and possibly replace the Magnet as my putter all together. I used a Putt'r for 1.5 season to have found out the plastic makes a Putt'r garbage. As to why I did not use a Pole cat, the edge is not comfortable in my hand due to top and edge meeting corner. |

Foot faults. Brodie will have a lot of foot faults because he's never had to worry about hitting a mark with his plant foot before.
That won't matter though since they're never called. |

More like you’re reaching, his response was legit and light years away from “going all in”. Did Brodie steal your girl or something? Jeez. Possibly the weirdest flex I’ve seen in a while- like yeah this guy will NEVER be able to even partially grasp the X step as if it was some sacred dance only the chosen few are allowed to perform. I don’t understand how overprotective some seem over this guy playing- DG isn’t your daughter and he’s not trying to bang her. Get over yourselves. All this “he won’t succeed” when here we are 20+ pages deep and he hasn’t even teed off yet lol. News flash: he’s already winning just because his haters can’t seem to stop talking about him lol... It’s funny to watch. |
Brodie is sparking attention and discussion already, so that's good. Discraft was smart to sponsor him. It's incredible how quickly they got their poop in a group when it comes to their online presence.

This isn't difficult to understand, but like I said he'll never be called on it anyway. |

In fact I'm willing to bet a disc he won't be rated 1000 this year at any time. |
