Agreed, said the proto S used the Teebird stripper.

Hard to get the purple proto without light reflection. Oh well

Thanks for the pic! Definitely not a Teebird wing. Prob just gonna have to get one to see how it flies.

Looks like a TL?

Someone please tell me the difference between this and the PD. I'm having a really hard time differentiating between them, based off the above video...

The PD is faster and more OS. More of a Thunderbird option.

Oh, right on. I've never even thrown a PD but I have heard the Darks are far less stable than the others

I know you guys just cut the C-P3x :( but any chance on seeing a stiff pro P3x?

It's certainly on the radar and has been for a little while now. I don't think it will happen this year. We'll see if we can pull some strings, though.

Instinct vs. FD2 discussion:

We believe each of these will find their way into your bag. Although at first glance and judging by specs and flight characteristics they may seem relatively similar. If I were to sum it up in one response, the Instinct has more glide and high speed turn than the FD2 does. Instinct is grippier, has more dome, and will ultimately fly further than these FD2s will. The FD2, however, is flatter, has less glide, and will behave like a very very close relative to the 2nd run FD. Naturally we're always hesitant to directly compare the two but we know you'll feel the same way.

You'll choose the FD2 when you need to be sure the disc will come back to the basket perched on the edge of the water while still flying straight and true. You'll reach for the Instinct when you have a little more room to play with and can stretch your line a bit further. Both should be equally great for forehand shots as well. Low speed stability should be roughly the same on both discs which is the main similarity.

I asked this a couple pages back but it quickly got overshadowed by a different discussions. Is the FD2 retool v3 going to be a production run or only for the Leo tour series?

I was wondering this same thing. Especially with the FD2v3 and the Instinct seeming to be so similar on paper...
