I guess it makes sense on why the Prisms Insanities were so flippy. Are all the prism discs flippy compared to there GYRO cousins?

At least my Prism Wrath is way more flippy than my Protons.

I wonder how that will work out with the new prism plamsa discs? Anybody know?

Also, shopping around discs earlier,. looking at matrix, seen someone in the comments mention being excited for a plasma matrix. I hadn't heard anything about this.... anybody here know about that? I'd be all over one of those.....

Nope. Nothing yet. Perhaps there are some Neutrons or Protons out there with some plasma additive but noting official yet. (I haven't seen any of these in the wild, but I wouldn't be surprised if they existed). I would be pretty stoked if they are as flat as the Electrons. The Neutrons were domey and really weird. And the Protons just became too flippy to fast to be a reliable straight to fade mid. Electrons are the sweet spot though.

My proton is pretty reliable straight to fade, but it hasn't seen too much air time yet either. I'm thinking about trying an electron to take over for my plaz axis duty. I don't like cycling discs, but am thinking about a matrix cycle. Need something straight and something flipper.

Turn then somewhat of a dump. I tried to like it when it came out as I have the beautiful LE stamped Betsy Ross one.

It's not horrible, it is better than the Switch which it is based from, but not great either. The Relay is the disc that I was looking for.

from lookin at their website thats what i was afraid of the switch flight

is it more subtle switch flight

was relay longer for you

did relay have less fade too

It doesn't really fade back as much as it stalls and drops like a brick. Kind of like a fireball if you've ever throw one of those. Except the FB is has a ton more HSS.

Where the Relay was sneaky long, the Inspire was sneaky short. If that makes sense. I'm kinda in a daze of MJ and Buckeye futility, lol...;)

165 Eclipse Envy is my go-to disc. I was throwing 175 Plasmas... but when I discovered these, I ditched them.
