The listings aren't always necessarily an auction. MANY are feeler threads. Picture and "Open to Offers"
So no ending time or anything like that. Although, sometimes when it gets up the $ that the seller wants he'll post a few hours before he's going to end it. |

171g and 172g Black 11x gazelles Mint condition Taking offers on one or both https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphot...18156992_n.jpg |
WOW. wish they were a different color. Perfect weight
I feel like I've seen at least one of those. Pretty sure I've seen a black with a blue sparkle too. Not in person. If I saw it in person all of my morals would disappear and I'd snatch and run :D.
What have the prices been on FB for gazelles. Higher then eBay?
its ebay w/o fees for the seller. 172 sold for $75 already....

Nice work. That orange one is nice
That's not one from FB right? different wrights right? Before last week i had seen one black 11x. Now i've seen at least five
I'm really digging my glow Gazelles right now. Its perfect for those holes that are a tad too long for my mids.
Picked it up from the same exchange but from a different seller. Got a decent deal too :)

I haven't gotten a good deal on gazelles in a long time. I think I am going to start collecting another type of disc

I started throwing my DX Gazelle again - sneaky long disc.
Very sneaky long. I have not paid $80 for a gazelle
Most I've spent on an 11x was about $30. Don't see any point in spending more on a piece of plastic that I plan on throwing. I guess people are worried that they'll disappear from the market, so they'll spend more and hope they can flip them in three years for triple the price. Kind of like the people who bought stashes of 10 Year Buzzzes to fund their retirement...
I buy them because I love them, to throw and collect, but I won't spend crazy money on them. I have enough to throw, it's not like I am going through 1 or 2 a month. And as great as they are, there are others discs that *GASP!* fly similar enough for me to not need it. Still seems stupid to me that they are out of producion, I know way more Gazelle lovers than Banshee lovers.

Banshees are great, so are gazelles! |

I guess this answers my earlier question about when the earliest "x" Gazelle was and whether or not they skipped one... Spectacular set, but I have to say that the search for each disc over a period of time (even if the set doesn't match) is way more fun than throwing a lump sum at someone for the whole collection. Sexy bunch though. |
BUMP
That's a good looking set and finding each one would probably cost more Over the long run and could take forever. And good luck finding one. I can't even find an opaque bar stamp jk pro valk
I agree wholeheartedly about both the overall cost and how long it could take. I would love to own that collection. I'm just trying to talk myself out of spending a week's wages on a stack of discs that I would never throw.
Anyone throwing the star gazelle's for sale in the factory store? I love star plastic but reviews on the site say they are domey which I would think would makes the ceiling a lot higher. Either way my dx Gazelle's get the job done.
They are domey and I didn't think they were any better then the DX or the kc pro, so I bailed on them.
Yeah they're domey. If you can find a Factory Second you have a better chance at a flatter one. I carry two that I found at PIAS that are flatter, but they're also slightly warped. Doesn't affect the flight much. They're more stable than the DX or KC Pros that I've thrown though. Haven't thrown the domey one yet, so can't comment on its flight.

To all my fellow gazelle loves, here is my full collections....Most are 9/10 or better with no ink. If there is any major damge is any of these discs it is stamp wear. There is a total of 32 gazelles. 31 11x KC Pro and 1 CFR Glo. The 1st pic are the heavies 170+, 2nd pics is 169-159ish, and 3rd pic is below 159G.
2nd picture, 3rd row, 1st disc from left
is that a ching? I have a few ching gazelles, one is mint. The other isn't but it's epic, it's a "Ching Kong" |
^^^^
That was my 1st gazelle and first disc I threw under 170g. That is a cfr glo gazelle. It is just stamped more times then I can count |
Firstly:
Holy crap. That's one sexy collection. If I had a pink 11x my life would probably be complete. Except I wouldn't want to throw it unless it was beat, so my mostly pink bag would have to stay "mostly" pink anyway. Secondly: This is the first I'm hearing of Ching Gazelles. Tell me more. |
Circle-stamp Champ Gazelles up in the Factory Store
