Try the Valk in Star
Latitude64 Saint
Innova Beast
Dynamic Discs Captain is very similar, glidey and probably longer for the average player. Don’t be intimidated by it’s higher speed.

Westside Hatchet
Yikun Hu
MVP Inertia
Discmania TDx
Discraft Heat

I have tried the Valkyrie in star and champion and I like my DX one the best. I like it for hyzerflips. I have an opto saint and it flies more similar to my champion one than my DX imo.

Legacy Bandit and Millennium OLS are the first discs that come to mind for me.

Depends how beat-up your DX Valk is, of course. But having thrown DX Valks a a bit, I would suggest a G* Roadrunner, Tournament Hatchet, Plasma Insanity, or maybe a Champ/Star/G* Sidewinder. Maybe even a JLS.

I would check out a Star Roadrunner, Icon Mongoose or Lat Fury. DX Valkyries are going to be on the flippy side so those three may be close to what you are looking for.

So I bag DX Beasts as my primary driver. If I release them flat, they get away from me, but they hyzerflip really nice for me and I usually lose them before they beat to unusable. I imagine a Valk is pretty similar. The other day, I found a Star Roadrunner. I threw it against my favorite Beast and these discs landed within 5 feet of each other every single throw.

Another disc that I absolutely love is a Z Heat. They turn for me, but they don't get away from me unless I griplock it.

Why not more DX Valks?

mvp inertia has been closest but really you just need moar dx valks

between champ star gstarrr pro and dx you can get a great variety of a cycle going or fill empty slots rather quickly
