The Aussie Open is a CD2 I do believe. The other I want to say is a PC DD2. The DD2 is more rare than the Aussie Open disc. If that PC disc is new, I've seen them going for anywhere between $30-$40.

Wanted to say that my c line p2 has been PERFECT. great for flicks and just money off the tee. last night was one disc night at league and I went c line p2 and owned the wind. LOVING it!!

Yep, DD2 and CD2. I believe they are new and unthrown. I will let him know and give him a link to this thread. Maybe we'll have a new member to DGCR! Thanks!

Man. I just ordered 2 175g Red S line fD's as they are hybrid plastic. Champy star, can't wait to see how they fly compared to my C lines. 2 more pro P1x for practive putting, maybe one for approach. I think i'm going to use it as my putting putter for good. Another P MD3.

JL C DD, x out S DD, and a C line PD2. First time with these 2 molds, excited to see how they fly. I've put my wraith and Destroyer just past 400 feet after only playing less than a year, do these compare?

I really don't have room for anything in my bag that isn't Discmania haha I've fallen in love. Except for an envy and a firebird of course. I think I'm flat out buying only discmania from here on. For my bag slots anyway

Um... 04-08-2015 11:30 AM

Any plan to run more Echo DD2's soon?

Kind of, but not really. The JL C-DD feels similar to a wraith, but flies a bit more overstable than the Wraith. It will hold into some solid headwinds. I don't have much experience with the S-DD(Mainly because I prefer the overstability of the C-Line version).

As for the C-PD2...it depends on which version you ordered. The normal C-PD2pretty overstable and won't flip on you(And if you have a bubbled rim one it will be really overstable). The Flat JL(which does have some bubbles in the rim) will stay straighter longer and then hyzer out. I carry one of each style of C-PD2's as they both serve a purpose.

vogurt 04-08-2015 04:42 PM

Cool. So the DD's actually separate themselves from pD's or not really? I wouldn't imagine it is a huge difference. Less beef?

I have JL C, C, S and G pD's haha.

And I just grabbed the lizzote signature pd2 because it said simon gets some profit and I was all about it. I'll see how well I can throw it. I would imagine it's the most OS because it's a lizzote disc :P

vogurt 04-08-2015 05:17 PM

Lizzotes sig PD2 is flat JL :D

New013 04-09-2015 10:52 AM

Got my PMD3's in the mail. Initial reaction is positive. Nice and beefy so they can break in and cycle well and the glide is just awesome.

Agreed on the glide! One thing I noticed is even with all the glide I didn't have to worry about a hard crash and skip! I need to sell some discs and pick up a few more

pnasalberta 04-09-2015 11:36 PM

I have been throwing the new p line p1x and p line md3. Over all i like the p-line md3 a lot but the one thing i did not like about them was they were kinda soft. i expected them to be more of a kp2 kind of plastic.

Sir-Hucks-A-Lot 04-10-2015 12:46 AM

Did you get protos or regular runs? My protos are very kcp-like, and I have 5 regulars on the way. I was hoping for MD3s that would break into understable, as I love the feel of them, but my champs are all laser straight, so these should be perfecto mi amigo!

There has only been one run, we just used a couple different stamps for variety.

I'm surprised too about the soft comment. I've been in Texas and Louisiana for the past 2 weeks and mine do not feel what I would call soft, they are KC Pro for sure.

Flick Maniac 04-10-2015 02:32 AM

G-DD2s are a thing! Hallelujah!

New013 04-10-2015 06:30 AM

I mean it's not the best feeling KCP plastic I've ever felt but it feels better than some of the stuff passing for KCP recently. I think doing these discs in this plastic is pretty much one of the best moves DM has made.

Good to know! I won't be worrying about throwing my protos as much (although I'll still probably save one as a wall hanger -- I absolutely LOVE this disc).

vogurt 04-10-2015 10:08 AM

I ordered 2 Red 175G s lind fD's which are in that hybrid champy star plastic. I'm REALLY excited to see how they fly and feel. If they are more stable than normal star and I can rip on them like I do my C line but have the grip of S line, I'm going to buy them all.

hellbound 04-13-2015 08:56 AM

Ok trying to figure out what run my pd is. its red stiff and flat. Think it predates the jolly plastic. seems to have a late flip to flat. I know it could be hard to figure out what run just by description but anyone have an idea on maybe what run that is second I'm thinking? I have a bunch of the later runs with the pop top that are nice when I need a little more stability but would like to get a few more premo before this one hits water sometime in its life.

What plastic? Can you post a pic?

hellbound 04-13-2015 11:07 AM

sorry it c line and Ill try and get a pic of it sometime around lunch time JTacoma03

dehaas 04-13-2015 11:31 AM

If it's more of a merlot color it's probably a third run. I wouldn't call the cfrs stiff.

Rol6566 04-13-2015 01:21 PM

I agree, sounds like a 3rd run. First runs are flat and have the patent# on the bottom. 3rd are flat and usually have some pearl to them

sandelius 04-15-2015 04:20 AM

Is Discmania going to make P1 in KC Pro plastic?

McPro Aviar availability in Finland is usually bad. And on top of that it costs twice as much as other putters.

Yes it's KC stiff, but I think the slick/slippery feeling makes it appear soft, I was worried about the slick feeling but once you thought these bad boys are awesome, my white one I have used for only 30 throws and have it dialed in already! ;) If you have not tried the P-MD3, you certainly should!

P1x is in Pro. P1 also.

vogurt 04-15-2015 10:39 AM

I bought 3 mini stamp Pro P1x's. My putting was on point for a few days practicing, and one tourny round. But lately these things keep falling out of the air and hitting baskets on me :( I like how they feel so much but now I can't get it out of my head, I feel like I have to put more on them to get them straight to the chains.

Would you not prefer the P1x for putting duties, and leave it as a straight approach, driving putter?

I have P2's I can switch back to, I just hate going back and forth between putters, and don't want to feel at a disadvantage if these P1x's are too slow for putting duties.

I got a pair of mini stamp Pro P1x's also, and they look and feel great. Too great so I haven't thrown them yet... Any insight when the standard production P Line P1x will debut? I love the feel but now I just want to hang them on the wall.

Peter S 04-15-2015 11:11 AM

Any plans for S-line P3 soon? If not, consider this my formal request.

vogurt 04-15-2015 11:23 AM

How is the P3 compared to in terms of say a Zone? Or is it more like an Envy or Wizard, stability wize?

It's less overstable than a zone, but more overstable than a Wizard. It's a very handy driving putter.

Flick Maniac 04-16-2015 05:17 AM

It is also very narrow rimmed, making it feel like a putter/midrange hybrid. Fast for a putter.

Ive never seen a P1 in rigid KC Pro type plastic, only very rubbery R-pro type, altough it always says P-line, not R-Pro line although that is what it 99% is.

vogurt 04-16-2015 11:24 AM

Champy Star should be production run S-Line for good; It's the best of both worlds! I wouldd have all my discs in champy star.

3rd are not flat actually. I would call them "proportionally domey", very pearly, very stiff.

I would recommend a P2 over a P1 if you like McPro's but that's just IMO.

Agree completely with this.

This. Please.

I waited till tonight to get the 167g orange champy PD (like an idiot:doh:) and it was gone. I love the way this plastic feels compared to regular C line and would love to see discs run in it more often. My favorite FDs are old Jackal stamps in the red champy star.

Also, to whoever picked up one of the 160 PD's from the discmania site...if you don't like it, please let me know and I will happily take it off your hands.

What (if any) is the difference between factory second discs from the innova online store versus the discmania online store?

vogurt 04-17-2015 11:36 AM

Looks as though the Discmania understable midrange is being released today.

Someone please post it up here - I really like my Fuse and the seasons we've spent together. However, hope springs eternal for a good understable mid with Innova stamped on the bottom.

Wanted the panther to be it, but it never turned over for me. oh well.

Our factory seconds are cosmetic flaws, nothing different in the flight. As far as I know Innova treats it the same way.

I'll post a review once Simon and I get some testers. :)

rallyguy 04-17-2015 11:30 PM

I saw a post on the Facebook group mentioning a G line DD2...these exist? How are they flying compared to the other plastics?
