Innova Wedge

So I've been needing a bright colored Buzz. I don't want to buy one with 15 discs that I don't even use. I don't have anything that anyone would trade for such a sought after disc.

So today I eyed up my orange Wedge traded from my friend months ago. It has the mold of a mid, and I remembered it being over-stable. I carried it with my Buzz in case it didn't fly like I wanted it too. It looks like I'll hang the Buzz on the wall for awhile and use the Wedge as my medium mid until further notice!

The Wedge I won in a CTP was a flippy biatch.

No, it was from throwing it soft handed resulting in hard fades. It does seem like a good replacement for my camouflage Buzz for now though.

I carry a wedge. I love them as another short flippy mid and driving putter. Turns and just glides so nice. Or throw vertical hyzer for me on short doglegs and by the time it makes the corner it flips flat and glides. Def not a disc for everyone but I really enjoy mine. Great for straight short tunnel shots since there is next to no fade.

Unless you got a freak Wedge, it is not an overstable disc. The Wedge is a small rimmed understable, slow midrange.

Even for weaker arms like myself, it's pretty flippy, and I used it for hyzer flips before losing it to the drink.

I wouldn't say it's anything like a Buzzz, especially in how it feels in your hand. The rims are totally different, since the Wedge was developed for little kids, and small hands.

Edit: Nevermind, just read your posts again...anyway, you already have one. Meh, for those who didn't know...

LOVE my 1st run Wedge for short range hyzer-flips and for short to mid range turnovers.
