I've been over 1000 thumbs up for over two years now. I've only been to eight new courses (that are reviewable) in the last two years. I have a prediction though: I will be a DTR by August! Next week I'm doing a super camping trip through Portland, OR (I've played and reviewed just about every course around that city) and I plan on getting three new courses there. Then the week after that I'm flying into San Francisco for the first time in my life and getting several other new courses and hopefully the unique reviewers that comes along with a new state. Then middle of July I am trying to get to Eastern Washington (Spokane) so I can play the ten or so courses in that area I haven't played.

That unique voters qualification seems harder to get than 1000 :thmbup:'s.

Don't you need 200 unique voters for DTR? I don't seem to be able to find the FAQ section... :\

Yeah the 200 unique voters is quite difficult especially for those of us living in the Northwest who mostly only do road trips. If you live on the East Coast or something you can get to multiple states in the same day. Here it takes 7 hours to get to Idaho and 3 hours to get to Oregon in which I've played most of the courses. We're tucked away in our own little country up here. :)

this would drive me crazy. i'm expecting it to turn to diamond as soon as i get to 1000.

of course ive played in some different regions, so id wager im more likely to hit 200 unique before 1000 total

as a recovering review addict I just want you all to know...it's a trap and will leave you broken and helpless in the end
