What part of Cincy is this? Would love to see High Blue or Gold level course. Man I am excited for you... would love to be able to do this. My parents had some very hilly land a few years ago with lots of logging roads on it. Would have made a very good course on 40 acres. This land of yours looks like it is capable of great things.

About an hour south of Cincy off I-71. I moved from the N.Ky burbs to the N. Ky sticks.

My wife and I will be looking to buy a house the end of this year. We have a couple of homes that we are considering. She doesn't know that I am also looking at wooded acreage :)

.....or that you'll be posting invitations on the internet for strangers to come play in your yard.

Good luck!

I'm not kidding when I say I've been keeping my eyes out for exactly the type of property I wanted for about 5 years. Really got serious and was in a position to actually jump into it about this time last year.

This listing went up on a Monday, I saw it on the local MLS on Tuesday, scheduled a showing for Saturday, and had it under contract by Sunday night. I didn't want anyone else to have a chance to see it.

Looks pretty cool from the pics, I would love to have something like that to work with.
Congrats Crook.

My bro in law added a gimbal to help smooth and level the footage when flying the drone for video.

This focuses mainly on the rear section and North sides of the property. I'll see about getting more of the front and south sides next.

My prediction is that either the Cincy area is going to have one more premier course to visit, or one less player on its existing courses because you're never leaving home, depending on how much you're going to open this to the public.

I still haven't cut my grass. Tractor should be here today or tomorrow, so this week I'll be breaking that in with 6 acres of mowing some nice tall grass.

Gonna be a lot of work, but it's worth it for the peace and quiet and nature.

Looks like you need to invest in a disc gator for that downhill shot over the pond, lol. Man that is such an awesome piece of property. Well done crook, even if the course isn't worthy of a 5 star rating, the land is worth 10stars. What a place to retire at.
