I would agree on Craves but I have found them the most inconsistent disc in the MVP fairway lineup. I have some (all near the same weight) that have a -1 to -1.5 HSS where others are a 0 with a LSS...

The short answer -- it hasn't come out yet. The longer answer is it depends. I too have been searching for a Speed 6 spot that flies 6/4-5/0/0. An OS Relay would be perfect. i have tried all in the...

Thanks for your input. I never gelled with any MVP mids. The core of the issue is the insistence on arbitrary flight numbers tied to similar disc dimensions. We all know that similar dimensions don't...

You are always barking up this tree but nary have you ever given any concrete rationale. What is it about MVP mids that has your panties in a twist? What is it about Discraft mids that just makes you...

They were also probably considering the burden on small retailers to carry a full line of their discs. That has often been the biggest complaint, too many plastics to choose from. And for many of...

Agreed. It also looks bad. I understand the "rip of the bandaid" strategy. The Electron Matrix has softened the blow a bit. I realize you hate Electron, but so far this disc has been great. Pretty...

Pretty much what I am trying to do. Carrying a Prism Pyro a P Matrix (beat) and an E Matrix. I find the both the P and E Matrix have little HSS compared to an Axis. I have a FR Axis that I use to bag...

Get 1 or 2 or 3. The Relay is a under appreciated disc. It really can do lots of things well but with speed 6 power. Most don't like it because they muscle it. It needs a bit of finesse, I do agree,...

2 rounds and 2 field practices in: the Electron Matrix is pretty straight. I know it is listed as -1, but the 178 and 180 I am throwing haven't really turned while flat. I am getting them out about...

I usually agree with you, but I find the Proton Matrix to have a HSS of 0 to -.5. I find the Axis to be -.5 to -1. Axis has more glide. Both great discs. More curious to see how Electron Matrix flies.

Common myth -- MVP overmolds are two plastics (with the other one being rubber). This is wrong. Both plastics are the same because they need to bond to each other, they wouldn't if they weren't. 2nd,...

No difference in terms of flight. Neutron/Cosmic are the most stable of the Pilot fleet followed by the Plasma and Proton (both pretty similar and close to flight numbers). Electron maintains its...

Inside 30ft it really is about your feel and confidence. Just pick a putter that feels good to you and then make that work. Start with a methodical routine starting from your legs and self evaluate...

Fission Photons are one of the most inconsistent molds that MVP has. That being said, they are one of my favorites. But, yeah, they need a guide.

FR Photons -- most were FAF and had a matte...

Max weight Fission varies a bit on mold and run. The latest Fission Photons 168g+ are super beefy but do break in faster than Neutron/Proton/Plasma. The beef cakes become more workable with some...

The Crave and the Clash were nearly identical for me. One of the issues is that the Crave can be an inconsistent mold. Some have more LSS and others less. I found that the more OS Craves were nearly...

Great choice. Fantastic line shaper. Sneaky long. Now for a disc between the Relay and the Resistor. That's the one I am looking for.

Newer Neutron so a bit gummier. The shoulder on most is a bit higher than the earlier PFN runs. Seems to have more glide and a touch more stability out the gate.

That has been my experience as well. I only throw the Signal in 172g+. When I hyzer flip it comes to flat and then has a nice smooth turnover with no fade. Thrown flat it has more turn but has a...

Agreed. Seriously understable but once you know how to control it, it is great for tight wood shots. I love giving this tons of hyper, seeing it flip to flat and then turn over for a super glidely...

I switched from the Anode to the Pilot for this reason. I also spin/pitch and the Pilot has an almost Anode feel but more glide.
