Yup. I am 6'3" 250ish and when I put my son's on this is the feeling I get as well. My skinny 14yr old son is perfect with it, even though he is 5'11", so I think it is more girth than height.

I have been using the last two year's Ace Race discs for those shots. Last year's Archer is a super flippy mid that I can hyzer flip to turnover, and this year's is the same but faster and longer....
