Guess itīs that weight shift behind thing imo. Moving forward as you you do your backswing/leave the disc behind. Usually amateurs load up back and move forward with the swing in sync.

Well we are trying to sling/swing a disc not pull a ton of weight. You donīt pull the disc as you wouldnt pull a bat when you swing it.
