Comparing side by side to my sport now, the super sport has a noticeably lower pitch. It's still not as quiet as some baskets, I think due to chain configuration and more pole to chain interaction....

Yea I almost didn't post cause of the crane neck. But that tiny xstep is exactly what I've been doing. Thought it was built into muscle memory but apparently not quite yet.
