Yes. However, the flaw in this logic is thinking that even a league round with just 5 propagators who average any rating are likely to shoot the same total score on the same course in the same round....

Only the Pro Shop privately owned. Baskets/courses owned by the county and they collect the fees for cars entering since there are no fees to play once in the park.
