I really like all the courses mentioned in this thread. Paw Paw is my favorite of the bunch, but Orange Crush and Black Course would be an epic combo and is right on your way.

Totally depends on your goals. When I was learning BH, I probably spent 10:1 field:course. Now-a-days it's reversed probably to 1:20, with a lot more time spent on working on one of the courses....
