Calvin is just throwing outside to a target which is further away. Your target is inches away so it΄s bit harder to convince yourself to lead more aggressively mayhaps.

Take a bag, any bag really, add weight into it and start swinging. Just like a grocery bag which is filled with goods, it hangs from your shoulder socket and swings naturally next to you as you walk.

So twohanded swing the lowpoint is right below your sternum but with a one handed disc golf swing the lowpoint is bit ahead of your front knee? (Shoulder over front hip).

You are loading all your weight on to your backfoot on your one leg drill so it is essentially a normal standstill throw. Watching your older videos it looks like you have improved a bit, good job.

I belive you can get a pretty good feel for it if you go into a pool and swing underwater. I am not 100% that it works but if it does, cannot wait for SWs speedo sidearm tutorial in the water.
