I bought one in Minneapolis that year. Would have bought several more but they only took cash and I didn't come prepared. It's currently hanging on my wall and NSF.

I don't know what kind of agreement they have but I would guess they pay rent on the building and keep all profits from the pro shop.

At the 2013 pro Worlds, players were not allowed to look through the lost and found discs. They could only go up to the counter at the pro shop and hope there was someone there to look through it for...

The elevation makes this hole play quite a bit longer than the listed distance. It's a true par 4, even a good tee shot is going to leave you with a 125'-225' uphill approach with two guardian trees...
