I agree. I haven't played a course yet that I would give a 5/5. I don't think disc golf course design has really gotten to that point yet. There would have to be an impeccable level of landscape,...

Opinions on Flanacher are as varied as any course I've ever seen. It is so difficult and punishing off the fairway that typically only open (and other advanced) players like it. Others often find it...

I'm from Louisiana, have played 450+ courses, and have a 975 player rating. I don't really review courses because I don't really care but Lake Claiborne - Whitetail is definitely not a top 10 course...

How much distance walked during a round of disc golf?

Lets say you play a course that is 5,280 feet (1 mile) for 18 holes. Obviously you don't walk in a straight line from the tee to the basket every time and this also doesn't take into account walking...

No. It is neither wide open or RHBH friendly. It is moderately wooded-- a park like setting, not "in the woods". And it is very balanced-- if anything, it may be a touch LHBH friendly although most...

I think Stockholm is close-- I would probably have them in the top 25 best locations. My opinion, though, is that 90% of disc golf pros are in the U.S. and there just really isn't the money in disc...

It really does depend on how much you want to focus strictly on disc golf versus combining disc golf with other activities. The Texas part would basically be just for disc golf. The west coast would...

I would go with Austin, TX; Augusta, GA; or Tampa, FL. Tampa would obviously be the best for weather. Austin would probably be the best when combining all factors.
