The stratus is a fun disc. I have a beat in X Stratus that I pretty much use for trick shots. I can throw it on a 60 degree hyzer and it will still turn over to the right but somehow it still...

The Fuse can do this when thrown flat -it'll basically just drift right the entire flight. However, if you throw it on anhyzer it is going to need some air under it. Any understable disc thrown on...

Nice. I don't think I've ever heard anyone say I'm going to throw on this roller angle to hyzer around the tree before.

I'm curious why nobody uses a Nova to putt with. Every time someone mentions it, it's used as an approach disc. I started out the same way, but after putting with it some I found I liked it better...

I agree on throwing a putter at that distance. I like the Nova personally. But I disagree on the Buzzz. IMO it's not a great disc to power down. I prefer a Fuse for this. I carry both a Fuse and...

I just wanted to thank those that recommended the G-Star Teebird. I picked one up and have been using it for a couple years. It's such a great disc and not too over stable. After 3 years it has...

Thanks for the advice so far. Two of the discs I thought might get mentioned for this are the Freedom and King. Is there a reason nobody has mentioned these? I have thrown the Freedom a bit and at...

I Want to go from US hyzerflip to Flex distance

For my max distance drivers RHBH I've been throwing understable discs (Vulcan, Bolt, etc.) on a hyzerflip line but I'm tired of the touchiness. Too many times the disc will turn over and not fade...

Nice. The one thing I didn't like about the Fuse was that it was that it was a little too touchy on full or near full power anhyzers. It would never pan out and you risked it landing on edge and...

Ugh. The stream for this is horrible. They cut to commercials during their drives and now the whole thing is down and won't reload. And of course no Jomez post-coverage either...sigh...

The positive effects of distance drivers don't really kick in till 300/350' or more. I'd try a slower understable fairway driver like the Underworld. You shouldn't lose much distance compared to your...

No offense, but I feel that's a bit naive. Innova would have made any mold he desired, but Paul seemed perfectly content throwing Destroyers and Teebird3's all day. Now, Discraft will have to make...

Sorry, but 250' is not going to win a distance competition, even in a tunnel. You're playing it too safe. Go big or go home. The ideal height is going to be 6' since you will have the most room for...

Didn't read whole thread and sorry if this has been asked/answered, but how many pros actually make a living from being a professional disc golfer? It can't be many. I'm guessing most of their money...

The problem with a Mako3 is that it requires some height to obtain distance. In this scenario you have a 12' high ceiling which pretty much rules out putters and mids for getting any real distance.

I'd say Discraft Heat on a hyzer-flip at around 80% power. Too much power and it will start to turn, but with just the right amount it will flip up flat and go straight forever.

That doesn't seem too unreasonable and it's definitely feasible. There's a small b or c tier tourney at my local course where they play two rounds on it in one day. In between the rounds they remove...

The only thing you may want to try is a speed 12+ understable driver. They're not always the most practical disc, but they sure are fun to throw and can get some crazy distance without too much...

Anyone else have any clue? I'm really bombing this disc. It's pretty understable, but not sure if that's its natural flight or because it's beat in. I'd rate it probably 12-13 speed, 5-6 glide, -3...
