The spirit is sooo dumpy it goes no where haha. I use mine as a 9 speed because it matches near the distance of my firebirds typically.

I actually found throwing off hand forehand to be easier than backhand. Off hand forehand for touch and accuracy, backhand for more power and zero accuracy.
