Hyzer vs. Anhyzer

Can any one tell me where your footwork should be when throwing a hyzer vs anhyzer? I keep trying to have my front right foot by the left side of the pad so my stance is closed. A local disc golf guy...

Dang, yeah I landed open on all of those throws. I tried to stand with a closed stance initially, but all that went to pot when I did my reach back.

After reviewing them a few times, I think I turn my upper body too much on my throws? My whole back is aligned away from the basket where McBeth pretty much keeps his shoulders aligned to the target.
