You can use Google and drop a pin at each point...
You can use Google and drop a pin at each point of interest and use the coordinates to locate tee pads and baskets. Certainly a lot of effort, but doable.

The hyper extension appears to be in your follow through at the very end. You shoulder stops your upper arm and your forearm kind of snaps to a stop.
