The pearl is understable, but its also very light which will toss it around in the wind. It is meant for younger players and those with very low arm speed. It is a fun disc to throw but I wouldn't...

Yes Truths/Verdicts can overlap with fairway discs even at those ranges but you can hit those ranges on some different lines with them. The flip side of that is that you can hit Mid shots on a much...

Warning! Here comes the opinion of someone who hasn't thrown all discs mentioned.

With that out of the way, I have only thrown the VIP Harp and I use it for exactly what you are looking for...

I bag a prime and lucid verdict. For now the prime is reserved for my most OS mid shots so it isn't breaking in too quickly and I haven't noticed much change yet. Hoping it will tame as it beats in...

Mines been going strong. Yes it can be a little....floppy, especially the drink holders and if you underfill it. But for $30 this thing gets the job done for cheap.

I bagged a breakout for a while. It fit in my power down hyzerflip slot. In the end it just got too unpredictable at the lower weight. Now a GL River fits that mold and is one of my favorite discs...

I just added a Moonshine River to my bag a few months back as well. I have a broken in GL River that is my hyzerflip machine that I have dialed in. I also have a domey opto that will turn but fades...

DiscFifty,

Got to slightly disagree with that approach. You can force over a disc and/or use OAT to make it less stable. So simply gauging your progress by whether a disc turns can be misleading....

Yes 23 discs is a lot. In my defense, I primarily throw ~10 tops per round only breaking out the others as second/third practice drives off the tee as I am still trying to lock down my lineup. My...

Keller,

My scores are still a bit all over the place mostly driven by putts and upshots. I like the idea of simplifying until a shot can't be made with whats in the bag.

Putt for D'oh,

I...

9 speed or less bag

RHBH with a decent RHFH. 40 yr old, athletic, no injuries, throw 350 on a golf line. Have seen 400+ occasionally.

So I am finally owning up to my faults of trying to gain distance with plastic...

For me, the Saint Pro is faster than the spark with some turn and predictable fade. My opto Spark is predictably more stable and shorter (although it has a high PLH and flat). The two fit separate...

Another option for consistent feel across all mid shots is the Verdict/Emac Truth/Truth/Warrant lineup. They all feel exactly the same and cover most anything you would want to do with a mid. This...

I've had a lucid for a while and it seasoned into a great laserbeam with a hard finish. Occasionally can get it to turn slightly but more due to forcing it over.

I bag a prime for the extra...

I bagged one for a while, a GL 168 and it was a disc that helped me reach baskets I hadn't before. It just got way too finicky for me though and started reaching the same baskets with slower discs...

I picked up a Retro Saint (not the pro) from PIAS and love this disc. It started pretty similar than my opto saint but with a touch more turn. I don't throw it in the woods but with a little break...

Golf balls fly farther with dimples because of the backspin imparted on them at impact. The dimples give the air something to "grab onto" and help create negative net pressure on the top of the ball...
