it would be interesting to see an individual page for complexes. general info could include basic course stats but also stuff like showing the distance...

none of those courses are that long at all, even Harry Myers (which is definitely IN dfw). i'd say the longest courses are probably Turner, Arcadia, and North Lakes up in Denton.

no

i think the courses he meant are no longer around. they hosted lots of doubles events and IIRC a number of them were majors.
