I've watched one in the bag in my life and that was Climo's from years ago. he had a Sonic in his bag. I would guess he throws under 80% with that disc.
Just me speculating.

Similar but not the same exactly, if you hold it loose the disc will just lay on your finger tips, or fall. Make sure to grip it tight.

I use what I call my "Frisbee" grip with my pointer completely on the side/rim of the disc and my other fingers under the plate, none of them...

And congratulations on your current distance. For me that shot is strictly a get out of trouble or go over something shot. I doubt I could get 250.
