See I haven't noticed that with my Fissions. The overmolds seem to be holding up a bit better than the Axiom ones for me. I really haven't had many issues with the newer Neutron like everyone else...

This. The Volt is rad at 155. As are most MVP discs. They tend to be more reliable than other companies in lower weights, in my experience.

Your power level may be higher than mine, but I've actually found the Fission Volt to handle a headwind quite well with a pinch of hyzer. Straightens out nicely and still has a little bit of fade.

This is actually a really reasonable theory. Even if it's not true, it certainly makes sense.

I also wonder if Fission is going to be a more consistent manner for them to get the lower weights...
