If your "weight" goes rotational it would be going in a circle across the front foot and back to the rear foot after being on the front foot. That is not weight back, it's a full turn or cycle.

I think you are better off with Feet Together Drill and "Standstill"(Shifting center completely from one leg to the other leg back and forth), rather than trying to get One Leg Drill.
