this seems unlikely to succeed

since discs are typically a polycarbonate mixture and reject dyes that work on natural fibers. I would wager that since your hair would be a natural/organic material that this wont work. hair dye would likely be similar to regular idye or tulip or any of the dyes that dont work on polycarbonates.
