This is very true. There is no reason at all to be in a hurry to throw. Believe me there will be somebody out there slower than your card, and one slow card just bogs the whole thing down. A lot of hurry up and wait. You get to the next hole and the next card is waiting to drive. If you have one of those small chair stool definitely bring it. I never understood why anyone would need one, having only played rounds with friends, but after seeing how it goes at tournaments, you get tired of standing around and waiting. Tournament play can just drag on. It can mess with you if you play quickly and get in a groove. Just be prepared for a lot slower game.
