^ This is 'Merica - we're all free to do what we want, so on and so forth... More power to all of you building rack upon rack to hold your discs. Personally, I think owning that much plastic is just this side of sanity, but hey, what do I know? I suppose it's no different than collecting stamps, coins, pokeman cards... Fun to see the stacks of plastic you accumulate.

Did you screw in your dowel rods on each end or did you bore the sides of your rack out? I bored mine 3/4" so i only have 6 screws in the top of the rack and 6 in the bottom. It took significantly longer to build, but didn't want to run the risk of splitting the dowel rods by screwing them in. Plus if I decided to dress it up one day (stain/paint), I'd have less to putty. Just wondering if you screwed them and if it worked out ok?
^ if you drill pilot holes in the dowels, it should keep'em from splitting.
