Just so happened I got to play 64 holes(over 6 courses) last weekend with some highly skilled disc golfers(970 rating(?)). I'd consider myself a beginner throwing RHBH having only started playing 2 years ago, but what's more is I've been forced recently to throw lefty due to injury. So I went from bad to worse, which probably makes me not as good as the average Joe. I think I won the privilege to tee first three times that day. Three times out of 64... and those were all on camp course holes(i.e. under 100') as well, and there was still a lot of luck involved. I have a hard time believing an average Joe could over the course of a round beat a pro. I'd put the odds in favor of the pro winning at 82%.
