I threw this proto the other day and was pleased with what I was able to do with it.

It's definitely more stable than a the Journey but not by a wide margin.

Overall I would agree it is a +1,2 type flight that is capable of both hyzers and long S flights.

The key factor I noticed was its general lack of glide. I threw a max weight diamond and it didn't really push once I got it up to speed.

Instead it was like a mellowed Champ Wraith in which I could count on it coming down before it had a chance to be kicked around in the wind (my Journey and Sheriff got thrown to the ground after bouncing around in the wind).

I could see this being a Go To for me in terms of controlled distance. I was able to get it around 350+ but it didn't have the legs to out fly my glide centric distance discs.

Other positives were the feel of the mold is great. Shallow but not awkward.

The plastic was also nice and grippy.

Gateway had rolled out some of their molds ever in the last year.
