To follow the traditional recommendation for beginners for Innova discs:

Aviar (putter)-Roc (mid)-Leo (US Fairway)-Teebird (Stable to OS Fairway)

I would recommend the Sole-Ibex-Vamp-Arch setup. As far a weight goes, I would not necessarily recommend 150 class. Are you athletic? How well do you throw a ball? I would actually lean towards weights in the Mid 160s to low 170s so that your discs will have some substance and fight wind better. 150 class discs are fun and you may wish to add one or two later but if you are kind of athletic and are able to throw I think you would get more all around mileage from discs that are a little bit heavier.

Have fun with that! and stay away from the Lace for a while...
