I aim higher and try to keep the nose down like I would on a chest high throw. Throwing it nose up stalls the disc out, which combined with throwing high can have pretty comical effects if its windy

For me the easiest way to throw nose down and high is on a flex line, so I usually tend to get my absolute longest throws with discs like the MVP Energy / Discmania PD2 / OS Bosses thrown high, left of center and with a lot of anhyzer.

Not a very practical golf line though. For golf line, on course max D I'm typically aiming in between where I would for a typical throw and an open field throw when it comes to height.
