#1 -- the DGPT wasn't the group who popularized this idea. It was the designers for the USDGC, and we know who that is. People began copying the USDGC once YouTube coverage became popular.

So, you're telling me a basket that has a "DGPT-style tower" normally (like in every day when people play it), or a tall pole, qualifies to you as a "normally raised basket? Like the holes on the Arizona courses.
