Great drill, should I also think about "keeping" my lead leg in the wall when I try to incorporate that into throws, or is it just to get the feeling of gravity aid in the drill? This is gonna take tons of work to incorporate into swing.

I seem to forget that arm part of the swing totally when I focus on weight shift and bracing, thanks for reminding, hopefully learn to see those major issues during this journey because I believe it's easy to go back into bad habits if I ever learn the right way.
