Had quite messy throwing session today, was thinking about way too many pieces at once and it really messes up my head, was going over my bracing point all the time... Last couple throws I decided to only focus on keeping arm wide and leading with the elbow, also trying to tuck that rear hand in pocket after the pull starts:

Think those are the 2 things I will focus till I can get them to muscle memory and wont have to think about when trying to learn the next thing. Just want to ask is there some adjustment you would do to those 2 parts?

Also I have always wanted to do a little hop into the xstep, somehow those steps feel little bit smoother that way, is it wise to add there?
