It looks like you're still consciously throwing the disc (strong-arming) rather than using your body mechanics to propel the disc out of your grip. You need to make the disc feel heavy in your hand, the way a hammer feels heavier when you swing it around you. Everything these guys are going to suggest is to help you incorporate more leverage into your form via mechanics. When you figure out that you're not physically muscling the disc out but rather a vehicle for slinging the disc away all this in-depth advice and drills will make a lot more sense.
