I got this heavy disc feeling for the first time today.

I recently did a Deep in the Game clinic with Avery Jenkins and it helped a ton. My form is getting better than every and I can see/feel what I'm doing wrong timing wise.

With my new form I tried a three finger grip and right before the disc came out it felt like I was tossing a brick. I didn't even really feel it leave my hand. It went about 370 which is equal to my longest throws.

Beside the three finger grip the other thing that I really felt to get this was correct timing on my shoulder turn. I really felt my shoulder pull my arm around.

I took a 15 pound dumbbell today, and simulated like i was trying to throw it with two hand. I can see what yall are talking about with the brace and straight leg now. Going to the course tomorrow to hopefully see some improvement. Ive been stuck at 370 for a LONGGGGG time and im really going insane about it haha
