Post Fill the Gaps!

I know a 20 year old guy with the below setup, who wants me to buy him $50 worth of discs at Gotta Go Gotta Throw (at the brick and mortar store) tomorrow afternoon. He's a strong guy, maybe 275-300' with new but good form, this coming season will be his first full season. No loyalty to any particular brand. How would you spend the $50??

Innova 12 disc bag
TeeRex (Star)
Crank (Z)
Flash (Z)
Nuke SS (Z)
River (Zero)
Archangel (DX)
TeeBird (Champion)
Gazelle (DX)
Fuse (Zero)
Soft APX (ProD)

Some straight and OS mids are obviously lacking, but I'm looking for some specifics on how to spend the $50 wisely to best round out a bag for this guy.

Which models/plastic would you buy?

Are you a plastic sugar daddy? How do I get someone who will buy me $50 in discs? I'd keep him away from stuff above speed nine. He's new and not hitting huge distance by any means so fast stuff like that nuke ss, crank, and teerex aren't going to help much.

Get him a wizard cause it's cheap and he might like it over the apx for putting.
I'd go with a buzzz too. I don't see any mids but a fuse and that's a good one for teaching form but a buzzz should always be tried. If he prefers the beaded skinny rim maybe a dx roc instead. Or a z comet.

I'd focus on mids and maybe a new putter option. The apx is a slimmer style profile putter right? I throw judges and love the slimmer profile as opposed to a wizard but both are good options.

The river is good and he's got that. Teebird is great but maybe one in dx to go with his champion. I'd go with a dx or maybe champ leopard but that dx gazelle is already there so maybe you'd just be creating overlap at that point.

Stay away from the high speed drivers is basically the only thing I would really say and try to get him to focus on his slower fairways and to diversify his mids so he can learn good form and add clean distance. You can't really do it all with a fuse. Add a buzzz or shark or roc or something at least.

Z Buzzz or 3 DX Rocs
Pinnacle Patriot
Champ Firebird/Opto XXX

I'd also take his TeeRex, Crank, and Nuke SS and hide them from him for a while.

He lives very far away from any disc shops, so I'm buying and getting paid back when I deliver it... I hope!

Good replies with specific discs. I could pick out things but I don't want to miss something that could fill $50 well...

9.95 + 7.49 + 7.49 + 9.95 + tax = $37.42

I get to walk out with up to $50 worth of plastic! My shopping cart is light

$40.60

You noticed that we should be taking away some discs... good eye. It's a 12 disc bag so we need to buy the right things and use the spots wisely!
