Interesting. However, I'd like to stay away from the inconsistency of speed 13 discs. I wonder if a g*destroyer would do the trick?

Yes. The few G* Destroyers I've thrown had some high speed turn. More turn than a standard star Destroyer. At 475' you could hyzerflip them easily.

For me G* Destroyers are more understable and longer than star Destroyers.

Also consider a Destroyer in Pro plastic, which is good plastic but wears in a bit faster than Star or Champ.

Edited to add: the more I think about it, the more ideal a Pro Destroyer sounds...

I've been thinking that the whole time. Might be a little inconsistent but hey you are wanting to throw a turnover shot 450'+...so that's what happens.

From what I've seen domey ones are a bit more stable in a good way but I haven't thrown any recently produced ones.

They absolutely bomb though, tons of glide. If you are ok with Gstar plastic give it a shot.
