Default Understable Driver

Going to be picking up a proxy and envy today. It's my first go at Axiom/MVP, typically I've stayed with Innova/Discmania and Prodigy.
I'd like to give another disc or 2 a go with Axiom/MVP. I'm not 100% happy with my understable fairway and distance drivers, so I think those would be the place try one, and minimize my understable discs.
Currently stable-understable I throw...
S-line FD (looking to take out)
Star teebird
Glow C-line CD2 x2
Champion roadrunner (looking to take out)
400g Prodigy D4

Suggestions? I like to throw rollers (with the RR), hyzerflips (with both) and turnovers (with the CD2 and RR). I see a some overlap with my teebird and s-line FD.

Thanks

Take a look at a lighter weight Inertia, they can hit Hyzerflip and roller lines, but can also straight to fade, or s curve bomber if you have a heavier one.

Axiom Inspire (fairway) in 150g to 166g will you a consistent right turn, but does have a late dumpy fade
Axiom Virus in your preferred weight will go to the ground turning right thrown flat to mid hyzer. Steep hyzer or thrown gently will result in a very late fade; flat to anny hard will give you a consistent roller
Axiom Insanity and Vanish are very straight but can rolled

I was looking at all of those..
Thinking the inspire and relay going to be a little short for consolidating understable discs.
How much of a light weight inertia are we talking. 160? 165? 170?
I was looking at the vanish, might overlap with my D4.
The virus looks right, but it looks really understable for a real thrower that has the ability to roll, throw backhand and forehand.

160 or just over should do the trick.

Yeah the Relay is a fun fairway but if length is an issue and assuming you are pursuing a light Inertia.. Would a Catalyst fit in there if you have a big arm? It's one of their wider 23mm rims.. Its the next step under from their Octane, which is a big Destroyer kind of bomber, and most understable in that class

I love roadrunners and I use a Axiom Insanity in it's place. I still swap between the RR and Insanity - I use Heavier Neutron Insanity - they are faster than RR, thinner, but really similar in style of flight. That's my suggestion. Also some intertia's can be flippy too (not too flippy) But I'd say go INSANITY if wanting to get a RR type disc. And as for US fairway, I actually still prefer the Legacy Patriot - but a disc that I use for US Fairway is a lightly beat Neutron VOLT - it actually is incredible, so I say try a Volt for sure and it is like a control fairway with S shape that does come back, nice for shaping lines. Also the AMP is pretty nice.

For me the Vanish was like a Tern. Same speed and general flight characteristics. Both are somewhat understable, but will generally hold a line on hard rips.

The Impulse and the Insanity are the first discs that came to my mind. As a roller, the Orbital is very good.
