Default Guidance needed

I've only been playing for a few months, a bit frustrated with my progress. Throwing around 280 max with any consistency. Usually 250 or so. I think I'm throwing nose up and not bracing well enough to get much power, but I'd like some guidance from you all. Thanks!

Default YouTube Link at full speed

I think Youtube is probably a better way to look at this due to speed controls, so here's the link to that at regular speed: https://youtu.be/DB-o9hbTQ1Q

Yeah you aren't staying centered and instead are swaying back and forth in your posture to throw. It probably feels like right now you are kind of throwing your body towards the target, but really it should be just a subtle movement forward but staying centered which feels more like less movement of the upper body. You need to anchor to the ground through the front foot and use that anchor to let the arm whip out from like a pendulum.
