Default Perfect Form?

Is this perfect form?

Left foot fully deweighted.
'Throw' at 10 o'clock
Left side whipping round
Disc fully tucked into the power pocket.
Smash!

Not sure perfect exists, or can be manufactured by copying static positions.

Not sure what is meant by the above statements?

I throw to the target/apex of flight.
Left side appears to be relatively quiet and forward and in tight to center/front leg to whip the disc.

To me, it just looks super balanced and all the momentum from his weight is being efficiently transferred into the disc, which is helped by the deep power pocket.

The 10 o'clock thing is there. The chest is pointing to 10, with 12 being the target.
