The PDGA does not mandate player's packs for Pros as they do for Ams. Sometimes you get something, sometimes you don't.

Hopefully it stays that way. I was immune until I was 28. Then i went through about a 10 year period where I would get it badly. For the 15 or so years since then i still get it but only mildly.

From what I understand, continued exposure weakens immunity. Just avoid it and you'll be fine. Just like the rest of us

Additionally, the PDGA does mandate that no deductions can be made from pro entry fees to pay for player packs (such deductions from ams are allowed and expected). So if pros get player packs of any kind, at any level of tournament, they are entirely covered by sponsors. If the TD doesn't get that kind of donation, they generally don't give pros a player pack.

That said, I believe that any value given to all players equally (so not performance-based payout or other ancillary prizes) should be considered as a player pack for valuation purposes. So if there's a caddy book or free lunch or something else that has value, and is available to every player, technically it counts as a player pack.
