I'd say I can comfortably throw Rocs to 320, but prefer to throw them at 80% power to 300. I can throw OLF to 375, but prefer to throw them 80% to 350.

Gazelles fit in the middle. But I don't carry an overstable one. They're just touch/turnover lines in the 320-350 range.
Interesting; those glow gazelles you sent me fly very much like an OS mid. Compared to the flight of a teebird, for example, the difference in speed from 6 to 7 is vast.

Those glow Gazelles do kindof fly like faster Rocs. Season the, a bit.

The 11x and 10 in my bag are old, and well used.

36 at Steilicoom yesterday:

3 Star Destroyers
2 Star Firebirds
3 SOFs
2 Gazelles
4 Rocs
2 Harps
4 Wizards

45 WINDY holes at Milo on Saturday:

First 27:

2 Protostar Xcals
3 Star Destroyers
1 SFB Firebird
3 SOFs
2 Gazelles
4 Rancho Rocs
2 Hard Harps
4 Wizards

Final 18:

4 Star Destroyers
1 SFB Firebird
3 SOFs
2 Gazelles
4 Rancho Rocs
2 Hard Harpss
4 Wizards

I like throwing XCals. I can FH them pretty well too. But my game is tighter when I just stick to Destroyers across the whole spectrum.

It's a very technical course, with some opportunities to lose a Roc. And I had extra room because I dont carry any Destroyers at McCormick. And I knew it was going to be empty (raining on weekday afternoon) and I felt like throwing extra Rocs around in the woods -- I treat that course like my personal playground when no one is in the parking lot and I have 4 free hours.

They were:

1 2006 USDGC Throwback Rancho -- my beefy Roc

1 Freshy recent (last year) KC Color Glow. NOt that OS for a fresh KC, but I can hit it with power. Was carrying it for spots I might lose a Roc. And for second shots.

1 8/10 PFN 12x KC Roc. Flies about the same as the above. It's my usual slightly OS KC.

1 7/10 recent (two years maybe) KC Glow. It's the all purpose. Flips up from slight hyzer to fly and finish straight. Can be worked onto most any line if allowed room and height to glide out.

1 5-6/10 12x KC. This is my usual flippy Roc. Last year, it was my straight Roc. I can flip it up to fly straight, I can get it to hold sweeping hyzers at less than full power, or I can work it into all manner of line that finish to the right. It's been in my bag for 6 or 7 or 8 years.

1 5/10 PFN 12x KC. Couple big chunks in the rim make it real flippy. I carry it in woodsy technical courses. I can flip it up from 7 o/clock to straight from a standstill. Fly all kinds of weird tricky lines that finish right. I can throw rollers with it. You know, the cool stuff that Roc throwers can do with thrashed old Rocs.

I have many many Rocs. Many.

If I only had 6, I don't think I would survive.
