I live in Farmington so it only takes me about 10 minutes to get there. It is easily one of my favorite course that I have played. I usually play in the south metro (Rosemount, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Lakeville).

Do you know what they are doing with the baskets that are being added? Are they just relocating some of them or will it be like a dual tee setup?

I have no clue, I plan on playing there tomorrow morningish so I'll be able to check it out myself. I'm fairly sure that they are just alternate pins tho.

Saturday mornings are perfect at that course. I went last Saturday with a buddy and we arrived at like 9:00 AM. Not a single car in the parking lot and we had the whole course to ourselves.

I would be going again tomorrow morning if I didn't have to go to a funeral in Iowa

Oh well, I might try to challenge the heat today and play a round after work.

If you go tomorrow you will see the mounts for the alternative baskets starting on like hole 15 or 16. I can't remember exactly but hole 16's new mount is close to the blue tee of hole 17.

Every hole will have two baskets by the time school is out. The long positions will all be blue Mach 3s and the short positions the gray Mach 2 baskets that have been there. Every hole will have a blue (long) and red (short) tee except new 8 and 10 with just one blue/red combo tee. About 6 sets of concrete tees will be poured in July with the remainder coming next spring.

Got out there yesterday with some friends, digging where some of the new pins are going to be. Not digging the super soft woodchip tees. Bare ground > 5" of plushy woodchips. Can't get any power on your drives.

Updated the course information here on DGCR. Check back next week and all of the new baskets and pin placements should be installed (maybe even by this weekend depending on weather).

A couple of the tees changed between yesterday and last week when I played. 4 (red?) moved backwards about 40feet or so. 17 (both) was moved away from the corner of the trees, making it a straighter, slightly easier, line/hole.
