Perfect comparison.

I generally agree, but just a few points to round out the picture:

Lindahl was doing his own Youtube videos before DD picked him up. They were mostly on form and related issues. Some of what he said was very helpful to me, and some of it did not work for me at all when I tried it (and then had to un-learn it). So that was a mixed bag. I'm sure he believes what he was and is saying.

Now he's picked up by DD, so of course he's going to prop their discs. After all, it's his bread and butter now. It's not necessarily dishonesty, it's being paid to promote the company's products, and I really wouldn't expect him to do or say otherwise.

So... he is what he is.

Side note: as to Oakley, he's like a lot of other DGers, such as Philo and Barsby and McCray and some of the others: we hear his name every once in a while, we get to know who he is, he competes every once in a while... but he's no McBeth, Wysocki, Sexton, McMahon, Lizotte, Pierce, Bjerkaas, C.Allen,etc.... those always competing at the very top. He is what he is.

Fair enough, that's a good point. Although I don't think his point is that we should teach people to throw like Oakley, but rather explaining why Eric's throw works for him.
